הכא נמי בספר תורה ואמאי קרי להו עניים דהכל אצל ספר תורה עניים הן

then all the more would he prefer it [to be in the hands of the partner, and he is therefore an interested party]! — We must therefore say, responsibility in respect of his own debt.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' As explained above in note 3.
